We collect account information (name, email, password hash), assessment answers you submit, saved Venture Maps, AI review submissions, purchase records, and basic technical logs (IP address, browser type) needed to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use information
We use your data to provide recommendations and reviews, manage subscriptions, improve the product, prevent abuse, and communicate about your account. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Processors
We use trusted processors such as Stripe (payments), hosting providers (e.g. Vercel), database hosting (e.g. Supabase), and AI providers (e.g. OpenAI / Google) to generate personalized content. These providers process data only to deliver their services.
4. Cookies and sessions
We use session cookies and similar technologies for authentication and core product functionality. Assessment results may also be stored temporarily in your browser until you save them to your account.
5. Data retention
We retain account and saved content while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us. Payment records may be retained as required for accounting and legal obligations.
6. Your choices
You can update account details, delete saved maps, cancel subscriptions through Stripe, and request access or deletion of your personal data by emailing portiaallen40@gmail.com.
